How Refill Earth Works

Answer questions, fill cups, save your totals, and join other players in groups and leaderboards built around shared water learning.

A park ranger and volunteers prepare native plant plugs for prairie restoration.

Answer Questions

Choose a grade level and category, then answer one school-safe question at a time. The server selects each question and decides whether the submitted answer is correct.

A student pours river water into a beaker held by a teacher during a field lesson.

Fill the Cup

A correct answer adds ten drops to the cup. Five correct answers fill all five steps, complete a 50-drop cup, and advance the shared clean-water total.

Save Your Totals

Anyone can play with an anonymous game session. Create and verify an account to keep personal cups, drops, and answer totals connected across visits.

Students kneel around a large handmade ecology display while classmates work at desks behind them.

Join a Group

Use a verified account to create or join an invite-only group through its private code or link. Select one active group before a question so the server can credit that group when it accepts the response.

Compare Scores

Public leaderboards show a player or group name, rank, drops, and cups. Email addresses, invitation codes, internal identifiers, and private member lists stay out of public results.

Use Refill Earth in Class

Teachers can create a classroom group, invite students, and use the existing question library by grade and category. The class can fill cups together, compare group progress, and decide what to learn next.
